SummerPlace is located on quiet east end of Panama City Beach, close to all
major attractions. We are located one mile west of St. Andrews State Park
and three miles east of Miracle Strip Amusement Park and Shipwreck Island
Water Park. There are six golf courses just minutes from our front door.
Located in 18 unit complex, this two bedroom townhouse is the third unit
from the heated pool. Parking is right at the front door. Only a few steps
to the beach and no streets to cross, we feel our townhouse is one of the
best values for a family vacation at the beach that you will find anywhere.
It even includes Super Nintendo in 2nd bedroom
With 1300 square feet, two and a half baths and a TV in each bedroom, our
townhouse is spacious enough for two couples to share and still have their
privacy. Everything is furnished. All you need to bring is beach towels and
your golf clubs. Our unit is for rent to families and mature adults. Sorry
no pets allowed.
Spring Season ..... $695/wk (Mar 01-May 25, Excluding Spring break, plus clean
Spring Break ...... $825/wk plus cleaning fee
Summer Season ..... $825/wk (May 26-Sep 06)plus cleaning fee
Fall Season ....... $495/wk .. $90/nt (3 nt minimum) +$65 Cleaning Fee
Late Fall Season .. $395/wk .. $75/nt (3 nt minimum) +$65 Cleaning Fee
Winter Season Monthly (Nov-Dec & Jan-Feb) .. $900/MONTH plus cleaning fee
Refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $150.
Add 10% Tax to above rates.
