Our Townhouse is for rent year round. $150.00 refundable deposit will hold your reservation.

Accommodations: Townhouse - 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description) - 2.5 Baths - (Sleeps 7)
Summer Place Townhouses located on quiet east end of Panama City Beach, close to
all major attractions. We are located one mile west of St Andrews State Park
and three miles east of Shipwreck Island Water Park. There are six golf
courses just minutes from our front door. Located in 18 unit complex, this
two bedroom townhouse is just steps away from the heated pool.
Our Townhouse sleeps 7. We have two bedrooms and a
sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has its own vanity area and a
shared Shower and toilet. There is another Full bath on the first floor.
Large Washer and Dryer are in the Townhouse on the first
floor for your use.
Relax in the evenings in the back lawn on your own tiled
patio with grill.
