Highly Favored is minutes away from the sandy beaches of Panama City, St. Andrews State Park, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, golf courses, restaurants and 45 minutes away from Outlet Shopping in beautiful Destin, Florida.

At 1300 square feet highly favored is spacious enough for two couples to share and still have their privacy. Everything is furnished, the only thing that is missing is you.

Our unit is for rent to families and mature adults. Sorry no pets or smoking allowed.

Rental Seasons:
You may rent from us year round.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

Occupancy/Age Requirements:
 
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent Highly Favored Beach House. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, proof of age is required for property rental. The maximum number of adults allowed in Highly Favored Beach House is 7 persons. Children under the age of 3 are not counted. We are adamant about maintaining a quiet and safe family atmosphere for our guests, and neighbors.

Housekeeping:
 
Your property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. If you are not satisfied please telephone (850) 544-0137 immediately. If you will be arriving late, please notify us. If we do not hear from you within 3 hours after your scheduled arrival time, we will assume you have found your property in mint condition. Dish towels and dish cloths are be provided.
Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS

Check In/Check Out:

Check in time is Saturday at 3:00 PM
Check out time is Saturday at 10:00 AM
All fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to your check in date. A key will be mailed to you, once you have met all financial obligations. Upon departure, the key should be left on the kitchen counter.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your reservation, 14 days prior to your scheduled check in date. Any cancellations after this date will forfeit your $150.00 deposit.

COSTS

Sales Tax:
 
There is a 10% state sales tax added to all reservations at the time the reservation is made. This tax applies to all fees and charges including rent, cancellation fee and security deposits.

Deposits (Security and Key):
 
To confirm your reservation you must pay a $150.00 security deposit. This deposit will be returned to you, at least one week after your scheduled departure date, provided that you leave the rental property in satisfactory condition. If the key is not returned, a $20.00 fee will be held from your security deposit.

AMENITIES

Bedding and Linen:
 
Highly Favored Beach House to comfortably sleeps 7 persons, having 1 King size bed, 2 twin beds and 1 Queen air mattress. All beds are fully equipped with spreads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases. Upon departure, please leave all linen, towels, etc (excluding bedspreads, and comforters) on top of the dryer.
